Keeping up her reputation as a party girl, Tara Reid was spotted looking a bit rough in St. Barts, France last night (November 9).
The “American Pie” actress clearly had too much to drink as she attended the 1 year anniversary party for the VIP Room with some friends.
And of course, Tara gave everyone in the house an eyeful when she experienced yet another wardrobe malfunction with her low-cut dress.
