Us Magazine is reporting that the reality star called off her wedding to boyfriend of six years Andy Friedman. She tweeted:
"I just ended my relationship with Andy. It hit me really hard that I want kids in my life. You have to agree on the non-negotiables."Patti's 4th season is due to start filming in a few weeks. Do you watch 'Millionaire Matchmaker'?
