Kristen Bell Shares Her Secret For Staying In Shape


Kristen Bell celebrates her 30th birthday in this month's Health magazine by offering up 30 tips on staying fit. The tiny actress credits her smokin' bikini body to staying very active all day long:
“I’m like a jackrabbit throughout the day and like to keep moving whenever I can.”
She finds creative ways to keep eating the treats she loves:
“More flights of stairs means I can eat more candy!”
Something you might not know about Kristen - she's very crafty.
“I love to do projects around the house,” she explains. “I have a very old sewing machine, and if I spot something I like in a magazine, I want to see if I can make it.”
I give her a lot of credit - sewing is an ART. :)
