Thought of the Day

Congratulations to Rachel Zoe who gave birth to 6 lb., 12 ounce Skyler. Looks like that McQueen diaper bag will be getting some use! [Twitter]

Seeing Red Amanda Seyfried plays the title role in the creepy yet cinematically gorgeous retelling of the children's fable Red Riding Hood.

Net-A-Porter's Bag Guide

If the sound of spring's hottest handbags rushing into stores is like music to your ears, you'll be playing Net-A-Porter's new style guide on a loop. The haute e-commerce site has put the zipping, snapping, and clasping of our favorite accessories to a beat, and created a music video that puts Stomp! to shame. Check out the video for a new, musical way to see all of the season's must-have bags.

Keira Knightley Gets Moto-Chic for Chanel

Just because an actress picks up a modeling contract, that doesn't mean she has to quit her day job. Check out Keira Knightley take on "Chanel's Superwoman" in this short film teaser shot by Atonement director Joe Wright. Two words: beige catsuit.

Chanel Drama

Karl Lagerfeld's been busy: appearing in car commercials and buddying up to new campaign face Blake Lively  among other side projects. He's also got a couture showing coming up on Jan. 25. Still, Lagerfeld was somehow able to find the time to shoot an enigmatic video called "Window World," starring Magdalena Frackowiak and Baptiste Giacobini as Chanel-clad mannequins that come to life. If you're intrigued by the description, check out the video above.

Behind the Scenes with The Sartorialist

The Sartorialist blogger/photographer Scott Schuman shot a documentary with Intel Visual Life that went live today. Watch in awe as he stops people on the street to capture the beautiful images we devour daily on his site. This is real style at its best.

Tom Ford's Secret Spring Collection

Tom Ford's secret show for spring 2011 was held behind closed doors with a single photographer — Terry Richardson — in attendance. Images have gradually surfaced over the last few months, and now the highly-anticipated video has been released. Set to the tune of Karen Elson's Pretty Babies, it's everything you'd expect from Ford: luxurious, indulgent and seriously lust-inducing.

Get The Look: Dark Elegance

In the highly anticipated film Black Swan, Natalie Portman stars as a dancer in the metaphorical dark. Fashion, on the other hand, has taken a more literal route. Outfitting dresses with prima ballerina plumes and noir gossamer tulle, designers like J. Mendel and Oscar de la Renta urge us to take center stage. Rounding out the look: jewel-encrusted headpieces and cuffs so illuminating, they'll have heads turning to the final curtain call.

Moda Goes 3-D

Pop-up shops are nothing new under the sun. But pop-up dresses? With the news that Gucci is producing 3D movie-viewing glasses, I decided to look at some of the most three-dimensional looks from the runways. From left, Maison Martin Margiela, Marc Jacobs, Giambattista Valli and Marchesa. (By the way, the Gucci specs are about AED 826 and will be available in December, if you're looking to enjoy "Never Say Never" in high style.)

Sole Sister The Fall, luxe lace popped up at Erdem, Cèline,  and Givenchy. But it also debuted in a less-than-ordinary place: the soles of Cesare Paciotti's shoes. Makes for fancy footwork.

Virtual Reality Witness the drama of Facebook's founding in The Social Network

Talking Fashion Symphony has been making waves in the fashion industry over the last few months. The official launch took place during the weekend at Dubai Mall. Including guest stars (Whitney Port, Raina Hein, Christian Siriano, Camilla Skovgaard, Rupert Sanderson and Erin Fetherston.) —mah-jor—! Once again, all the best to founder and creator Salama Alabbar. ^^

Parisian Perfection Contemplating the upcoming season, my game plan is to welcome Eid il-Fitr with wild accessories. A touch of luxe here and twist there is all it takes to add some extra glamour to one’s lookagree? Try the trend for yourself—say with Céline‘s oh-so-chic Shopper Handbag?—and you won’t want to look back.

Un Jour Dans Ma Vie: 24 Hours in L.A.

Fun AROUND THE CLOCK during Summer in L.A.

11:17 A.M. BRUNCH In Fendi cashmere belted cardigan, Givenchy leggings and Hermes Constance. Joining Latee at Urth Caffé for a plate of scrambled eggs and cappuccino. Then replying to e-mails and catching up with friends. During summer, when there is so much at night, the morning is the only time to myself.

1:22 A.M. ROBERTSON BLVD Shopping where the stars shop. While strutting around Robertson’s I came across this interesting new concept of Chanel’s boutique. -Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel once said, “Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”- I have to say I fell in love with the airy open space of the Boutique resembles a gallery: clean lines in a simple cube that serve as the backdrop for a new vision for a CHANEL Boutique.

3:16 P.M. RODEO DRIVE Another district popular with Hollywood stars. It's the perfect location and a shopping hub.

5:18 P.M. SPRINKLES CUPCAKES Had a chance to grab a cupcake. From the world's first cupcake bakery, the progenitor of the haute cupcake craze, I believe most cupcake bakeries take their inspiration from Sprinkles.  I never eat cupcakes, maybe once a month. But during summer, the rules are different.

6:35 P.M. WALKING THE WALK OF FAME ...*ggls* ;)

8:36 P.M. AT THE MONTAGE Catching up on e-mails and changing my outfit before heading out for dinner at Ketchup. Wearing predominantly black not only because it's the chosen noncolor of the modish community [but] also because I prefer to focus on the shape and the texture. Besides, when you travel as much as I do—I'm in a different city every week—everything must go with everything.
