Issa and Net-a-Porter Launch a Capsule Collection

When Kate Middleton announced her engagement in a sapphire Issa frock, the small London-based label became the hottest tag on the market. This April, Net-a-Porter is giving shoppers the royal treatment with an Issa cocktail capsule collection stocked with dresses that "can be worn from the beach to the office and then onto the red carpet," according to designer Daniella Helayel.
